At The Helping Books®, we believe stories can heal. We are a nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate books that empower children, youth, and families to face challenges with resilience, dignity, and hope, using new age technology.

Our books are not ordinary stories—they are bibliotherapeutic workbooks, beautifully and  thoughtfully designed bya team of licensed therapists, parents, and advocates, and enhanced by innovative AI technology to ensure precision, consistency, and accessibility across each series. Each collection addresses real-life challenges such as foster care, adoption, loss, chronic illness, trauma, and cognitive decline, blending professional expertise with compassion, and 100+ more subjects.
