We also create books that help people enjoy the life they have today: exploring nature, strengthening relationships, discovering new interests, building confidence, and making meaningful memories. My Name Is Foster Kid(R) books are compassionate, trauma-informed story and workbook resources created for young people in foster care—and for the foster parents, relatives, caseworkers, therapists, teachers, advocates, and other caring adults who support them.
Through relatable stories, meaningful art, reflection, gentle humor, practical lessons, and therapeutic tools, these books help readers understand what is happening, express difficult feelings, recognize safe people, build life skills, and begin imagining a future shaped by more than what they have endured.
